After you place an order, we begin processing it as soon as possible. Processing includes order verification, item preparation, packaging, and shipment scheduling. Some orders may require additional time due to stock checks, quality inspection, or order review for security purposes. Processing time is separate from shipping time, and delivery estimates begin once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
 
2) Shipping Methods and Delivery Time Estimates
 
We offer shipping options depending on the destination, package size, and available carrier services. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control such as carrier delays, weather conditions, peak seasons, or local delivery restrictions. While we do our best to meet expected delivery ranges, we cannot guarantee exact arrival dates.
 
3) Shipping Fees and Pricing
 
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total order value, package weight, product type, and destination. Shipping fees (if applicable) are displayed during checkout before payment is completed. In some cases, promotional shipping offers may be available for a limited time. Shipping fees are generally non-refundable once an order has been shipped.
 
4) Tracking Information
 
Once your order ships, tracking information may be provided by email or through your order page, depending on the shipping method. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the label is created, and the carrier may not update tracking events daily. If tracking appears inactive for a short period, it does not necessarily mean the package is lost.

If an address is incomplete or incorrect, the package may be delayed, returned, or delivered to the wrong location. If you need to change an item, size, color, or shipping address, please contact us quickly after placing your order. We will try to help if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered packaging or has been shipped, changes and cancellations may not be possible.

Split shipments are sometimes used to reduce delivery delays and improve fulfillment speed. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package may have its own tracking number.

While we will assist customers by providing tracking support, we are not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been handed over to the shipping provider.
 
9) Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
 
If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check around your delivery location, ask household members, and contact your local carrier first. If the package is still missing, contact us and we will review the situation. In certain cases, we may assist with filing a carrier claim or offer a resolution depending on available tracking details and investigation results.
 
10) Damaged Packages and Delivery Issues
 
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take clear photos of the outer packaging and the item(s) inside before using the products. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos so we can review the issue. We may offer a replacement, partial refund, or other solution depending on the type of damage and product availability.
 
11) Refused, Returned, or Undeliverable Packages
 
If a package is refused, returned to sender, or marked undeliverable due to address issues or failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to our logistics center. Once returned, we may offer reshipment (with additional shipping costs) or a refund minus shipping and handling fees. The final resolution depends on the carrier return status and the condition of the returned items.
